As part of its continuous efforts to strengthen institutional processes and promote transparency, the National Centre for Agricultural Mechanization (NCAM) today hosted a one-day training programme themed “System Study and Review Training” at its centre.
The training featured a keynote presentation by Mr. Muniru Mohammed, Team Lead and Desk Officer of the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Unit (ACTU) at NCAM, who was accompanied by Mr. Turaki. In his lecture, Mr. Mohammed emphasized the importance of system study and internal reviews in identifying operational gaps, promoting compliance with public service regulations, and enhancing institutional efficiency. He also stressed the need for staff to uphold the values of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct, while contributing actively to building a culture of transparency within the Centre.

The event had in attendance the Executive Director of NCAM, ably represented by Engr. Dr. Ademiluyi, alongside members of the management team and staff across various departments. The session was highly interactive, with participants engaging enthusiastically during the discussion segment.
The training concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. (Mrs.) Oyeniyi, appreciating the resource persons and reaffirming the Centre’s commitment to continuous capacity development. The event wrapped up with a group photograph to commemorate the occasion.
